Hyaluronic acid
Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a polysaccharide with extraordinary properties. It is composed of disaccharide units of D-glucuronic acid and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine, joined by glycosidic bonds. It is part of the extracellular matrix (ECM) and is present in different parts of the body, such as connective tissue, skin, umbilical cord, synovial fluid and other tissues. HA is synthesized on the cell membrane and released into the extracellular space. This process is controlled by membrane proteins called hyaluronic acid synthetase, which use the UDP nucleotide to build the HA chain until it reaches a molecular weight of about 4 million daltons.

CD44 protein
CD44 is a membrane protein that binds hyaluronic acid (HA) significantly and is widely expressed in several cell types, especially in macrophages.
The interaction between HA and CD44 plays an important role in the development and resolution of inflammation,
in the activation and recruitment of T cells, as well as in tumor growth and metastasis. HA also has the ability to influence cell proliferation, differentiation and migration.Based on this knowledge, the Mesorga company developed the class 3 sterile injectable medical device called Biorej.
This device is based on biostimulation through
the activation of CD44 receptors. In particular, the activation of CD44 on fibroblasts induces the formation of reticular collagen, which is typical of young skin, thus allowing effective dermal regeneration if stimulated correctly. -
Instructions for use
Mesorga® Biorej is suitable for all skin types and can be used in all areas of the face and body that need to be revitalized and biostimulated through an injection of small doses into the superficial layer of the dermis.
We recommend, with protocols that can be customized by the doctor depending on age or skin type, cycles of at least three treatments for the first month and
at least two for the second month, followed by a 30-day maintenance period.
Composition
Lysine
Lysine plays an essential role in the production of collagen by providing stability and tensile strength of the skin, helping to maintain the tone of the skin surface by strengthening its support elements as well as having a repairing function for damaged skin and hair.
Valina
Valine , however, is necessary for the normal functioning of the skin and is very important for the strength of our skin tissues.
Cysteine
Cysteine is, however, used to produce the vital antioxidant Glutathione (tripeptide of glutamate, cysteine and glycine) to detoxify the skin from all types of pollution and oxidative stress.
Alanina and Serina
Alanine and Serine , on the other hand, are part of the non-essential amino acids, i.e. those that our body is able to produce, but which are nevertheless important:
• Alanine for the processing of vitamin B as an anti-inflammatory and also to support the body's detoxification.
• Serine which contributes to the production of globulins and antibodies and has very important natural hydrating properties.
Glycine and Proline
Glycine and Proline helps to improve the appearance of the skin thanks to its function of restoring and increasing hydration, firmness and elasticity.
Leucine and Isoleucine
Leucine and Isoleucine are two essential amino acids that our body cannot produce on its own known to support the production of growth hormones, responsible for tissue reproduction and to combat hair loss.
