HARmonyCa Lidocaine is a dermal filler intended for facial soft tissue augmentation and must be injected into the deep dermal and subcutaneous layers.
It is a dual-action hybrid injectable that combines hydroxycalcium apatite with hyaluronic acid.

Indicated for an immediate lifting effect thanks to HA and a prolonged one thanks to the production of new collagen stimulated by CaHA.

Calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) microspheres stimulate collagen production by working deep within the dermis to form a framework for fibroblast ingrowth, thus helping to produce new collagen fibers starting 1 week after treatment and inducing related remodeling of the extracellular matrix.
HarmonyCa™ Lidocaine is a sterile, non-pyrogenic, viscous, opaque, injectable, semi-solid, latex-free, and biodegradable dermal implant. It consists of synthetic calcium hydroxyapatite microspheres, formulated at a concentration of 55.7%, suspended in a non-animal, cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gel. It is supplied in two pre-filled, graduated glass syringes of 1.25 ml each.
The product contains 0.3% (w/v) lidocaine hydrochloride to reduce pain during treatment.
