Anti-Yal 1500® contains hyaluronidase with the following dosage: 1500 IU of powdered extract per vial to be diluted in 10 ml of saline solution. Hyaluronidase is an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of certain complex carbohydrates and depolymerizes hyaluronic acid, leading to its natural reabsorption. Therefore, hyaluronidase is often used in aesthetic medicine. In some cases, the body may consider injected hyaluronic acid, or some of its impurities, to be a foreign molecule, capable of inducing an immune reaction, such as the formation of a granuloma. The endogenous hyaluronidase, which is naturally present in the dermis, is sometimes unable to have an immediate effect on the "foreign" hyaluronic acid, so the product is slowly eliminated through the inflammatory reaction and phage cells.

Directions:
1. Corrects unsatisfactory results from previous hyaluronic acid treatments, such as overcorrection, asymmetry, Tyndall effect, edema under the eyelid that usually persists for a long time, nodules, hematoma, and helps resolve complications from thrombosis. However, in this case, it is highly recommended to administer it immediately after recognizing the first signs of complications. Tissue necrosis may be prevented or reduced in severity with immediate application of hyaluronidase.
2. Hyaluronidase reduces fibrosis, breaks down the fibrotic tissue that traps fat cells, and reduces edema. It also increases circulation, making it effective for grade 1 and 2 cellulite when used in conjunction with another lipolytic agent and appropriate massage with an anti-cellulite cream.
