Ithalya IV is the formulation with the highest concentration of hyaluronic acid in the Ithalya line ( 26 mg/ml ) and has the highest density and viscosity values, which translate into a very high G' (approximately 600,000 mPas) for greater tissue resistance and elasticity. All this makes the gel perfect for all face contouring treatments, volume enhancement in areas such as the chin and cheekbones, including the treatment of facial lipoatrophy. This formulation is recommended for implantation in the mid and deep dermis. The ergonomic glass syringes of the Ithalya® range offer two important advantages: superior stability and preservation of the gel; and improved handling and corrective precision due to their smaller size.
