The Universal Neutralizer gel , formulated with sodium bicarbonate , buffers the negative charges formed after the peel, blocking the action of the acid. It therefore restores normal pH levels and reduces the irritation caused by the exfoliating treatment. Apply the product after the rash appears, leave it on for a few minutes, and pat dry with a damp cloth, without rubbing.
